About Vicky
Life can be overwhelmingly full of complexities. Opposing truths and feelings exist in the same space, creating confusion, constantly feeling as though something seemingly whole also falls apart, and yet some sort of balance endures. Experiences and memories, happiness, pain, hope, joy, and sadness, are continuously being shaped by the uncontrollable layering of time and its unpredictable results of this overlapping. I think my work lives in the in-between space of these dialectic dynamics. Can we be both the protagonist and the spectator? I seek conversations around these topics and try to find a thread to allow all opposing situations to coexist in balance.
